Lawsuit Funding FAQ
After you win a lawsuit, it’s possible you may not receive your settlement payment for months or possibly years. Due to financial constraints, mounting financial responsibilities and large medical bills as a result of your personal injury, you may be tempted to accept a settlement, lower than you deserve. Some insurance companies, aware of your situation, will make settlement offers that are grossly inadequate to what your case is worth or attempt to prolong the legal process. There is also the possibility that your case might be held up in the court system, as it is extremely busy with personal injury cases. This can delay your case. Mrs. Cash is here to help.
